SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the assembly of sleeves from a material having shape memory with a rod. Sleeves are prepared before assembly by manufacturing the sleeves by cutting in the austenitic state. Ensure the transfer of sleeves by re-cooling to a martensitic state. Carry out the distribution of the inner diameter of the sleeves by plastic deformation to a size greater than the outer diameter of the end zones of the rod. Put the sleeves on the end zones of the rod and at the same time cool them down. In this case, the sleeves are put on in the vertical position of the rod using the gravity of the upper sleeve and the rod. Heat the resulting compound to operating temperature.
EFFECT: as a result, the geometric identity of mounting two sleeves made of a material with a shape memory effect with a rod is ensured.
