FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of a molded product with a permeable cellular structure of aluminum alloy. Melted form is obtained by means of FDM plastic additive technology, it is attached to the sprue, then the melted form and the sprue are dipped into plaster with the formation of a plaster mold around the melted form and the sprue, plaster mold is heated to remove plastic from the plaster mold, after which the aluminum alloy is cast into a plaster mold under pressure and after the alloy has hardened, the plaster mold is removed.
EFFECT: cast product with a directional uniform cellular structure of aluminum alloy with improved mechanical and operational properties is provided.
