SUBSTANCE: proposed artificial nesting device for earthworms. Device includes an underground pipeline, a grid with cells above it, laid on the soil in the upper layers of the beds covered with lid boxes. Holes are made in the bottom of the boxes, and the rods inputting the soil are installed at the bottom. At the bottom of the pipeline there are holes, at one end of the pipeline a suction branch is installed, and an exhaust pipe is installed at the other end. Exhaust pipe and the suction branch include a heating chamber, the heating chambers on the south side have a light-penetrating wall, inside the light-absorbing surface, and outside have a heat-insulating coating.
EFFECT: invention provides air heating of the habitats of worms in the ground, protection of worms from moles, mice and birds.
