FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing chemical and pharmacological preparations with biological activity, which opens up the possibility of its use in the treatment of malignant tumors. Method of obtaining the drug is based on the interaction of cis-diamine(cyclobutane-1,1-dicarboxylate-O,O')platinum(II) with arabinogalactan, including the interaction of an aqueous solution of a complex compound of platinum with a 50 % aqueous solution of arabinogalactan in an equimolar ratio, heating in a water bath, filtering and precipitating with alcohol; according to the invention, cis-diamine(cyclobutane-1,1-dicarboxylate-O,O')platinum(II), and heating is carried out for 30 minutes.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention allows to obtain a drug with lower toxicity, including in comparison with the original complex.
