SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless communication. Communication device (110) assigns to second communication device (120) a first variant and a second radio resource variant for transmitting a radio signal in said predetermined radio frequency band, shared with another wireless communication system. Second communication device (120) performs radio resource idle state detection based on the first option and the second option for transmitting a radio signal assigned by first communication device (110). Second communication device (120) uses the first option and transmits the radio signal to first communication device (110), when the first option is not busy, or uses the second option and transmits a radio signal to first communication device (110), when the first option is busy and the second option is not busy.
EFFECT: technical result is to reduce the amount of processing and energy consumption.
