SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication methods and associated access nodes and wireless terminals. Method comprises steps of: providing a first frame including a first header and a first data unit with first data for a first wireless terminal and a second wireless terminal, wherein the header includes a first control field indicating a resource of the first idle period, and a second control field indicating a second idle period resource, wherein resources of the first and second idle periods are different; initiating first frame transmission to first and second wireless terminals; in response to receiving the notification message using the first idle period resource, providing a second frame, including a second header and a second data block with second data for the second wireless terminal; and initiating transmission of the second frame to the second wireless terminal with delay of transmission to the second wireless terminal.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the wireless communication network access unit functioning.
