SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication equipment and methods. Base station comprises: a first transmission unit which transmits to the terminal a first signal for setting a resource in the shared range to be used for transmitting data by the terminal; a determination unit which determines whether a resource in the shared range is busy or not; and a second transmission unit, which transmits a second signal for granting transmission in the shared range, when the determining unit determines that the resource in the shared range is not busy, wherein the first signal is different from the second signal and the first signal or the second signal includes an offset indicating the time from the second signal before beginning transmission of data from the terminal to the base station with reference to the second signal transmitted from the second transmission unit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of carrying capacity on an upperlink.
