FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to user equipment and radio node for compressing hybrid automatic repeat request transmission (HARQ) feedback in uplink transmission in wireless communication systems. Method comprises steps of receiving auxiliary information from radio network node indicating organization of scheduled downlink transmissions; number and order of HARQ feedback bits is determined based on side information, and compressed HARQ feedback is transmitted to radio network node in a compressed with reduced number of fill bits based on the number and order of HARQ feedback bits.
EFFECT: increase in effectiveness of feedback.
