SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology and can be used for acquisition of skills of accurate and correct microsurgical techniques in neurosurgeons and doctors of other specialties related to microsurgery. Device for testing and practicing microneurosurgical technique includes a housing, with openings made on the top thereof with the possibility of changing the size for the access of microneurosurgical instruments, having edges, a unit for registering the number of touches and an audible touch indicator, from one to four microneurosurgical instruments are made with the possibility of simultaneous insertion into the hole and are electrically connected to the galvanic battery, the housing is equipped with slats of the simulated operating wound depth and the side bounding frames of the simulated operating wound, the walls of the side frames, depth bars, hole edges and housing are connected to the DC circuit of the galvanic battery, and the platform of the neurosurgical task, which is connected to the DC circuit and installed with the possibility of replacement, is placed on the lower frame of the housing, number of touches registration unit is connected with sound and light indicators of touches and is connected to a galvanic battery.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to improve the microsurgical skills of operating surgeons.
