SUBSTANCE: method consists in the fact that the carrying capacity of the ice cover is increased by means of steel pipes lowered vertically to the bottom of the basin through the through holes formed in the ice cover at both edges of the crossing along its entire length, the bottom end of the pipe is made brewed, and its upper end protrudes above the ice surface. Before the expected change in the water level in the reservoir in the ice cover, along the entire length of the crossing, two ice beams are cut out so that the upper ends of the pipe are located along their center, the lateral distance between them was sufficient for the passage of vehicles, and the width of the beams should not be less than the diameter of the layer of ice frosting on the pipes.
EFFECT: invention can be used to create an ice crossing for the transportation of goods.
