DNA is extracted from peripheral venous blood in Russian individuals who are natives of Central Chernozem Region, and polymorphisms of cytokine genes of rs1800469 TGFβ-1 and rs833061 VEGFA are analyzed. High risk of developing hypertensive disorder is predicted when a combination of the CC genotype of rs1800469 TGFβ-1 with the TT genotype of rs833061 VEGFA is detected.

EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining new criteria for assessing the risk of developing hypertensive disorder based on data on combinations of genetic variants of loci of rs1800469 TGFβ-1 and rs833061 VEGFA.
