SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport machine building. Storage module for the motor vehicle comprises a sliding housing, a handle on the sliding housing, a connector and a locking mechanism for securing the storage module in the retracted position and the deployed position. Sliding body is made of heat insulating material to maintain the temperature of items stored in the storage module during transport. Connector is supported on the first wall of the sliding housing, and the handle is supported on the second wall of the sliding housing. Locking mechanism includes a push-button fastener supported on the sliding case and anchor caps in the vehicle trunk carpet. Button fastener engages in the first anchor cap to secure the sliding body in the retracted position, and in the second anchor cap to secure the sliding body in the unfolded position.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of storage of products in the vehicle is achieved.
