FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical technology and can be used to orient people who have difficulty with visual perception of information – completely or partially lost their sight. Visual-sound system for blind and visually impaired people, containing glasses, including a camera, GPS / Glonass receiver and a head tip with at least one earphone connected to the processor, characterized in that it contains a sensor for measuring heart rate connected to the processor, the processor is made with a library of characters, which is a database of images with a previously known name, and software based on neural networks with the ability to convert information from the camera into audio signals with different tones for transmitting them to the earphone and forming a three-dimensional picture of the surrounding world, definition of objects according to the library of symbols and changes in the speed of scanning and transferring the converted information from the camera to the audio information on the earpiece, depending on the heart rate.
EFFECT: invention provides improved security of movement, facilitating the orientation of a blind or partially sighted user in space, acceleration and simplification of the learning process by increasing the amount of perceived information due to automatic adjustment of the speed of output of audio information.
