FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for assessing and developing human functional reserves. At the same time static and dynamic exercises are performed with overcoming of own counteracting force using a simulator. Simulator is formed as a software and hardware complex (HSC) with augmented reality facilities. HSC is equipped with two handles, at least in one of which there is a strain gauge mechanically connected to the flexible element. On the other side, the strain gauge is switched to the radio signal transmitter. Locally or remotely fixing loads on strain gauge and transmitting radio signal to mobile and stationary receiving devices, equipped with visual information display facilities, sound generators and data accumulators. Sound signals or strain gauge performance indicators are presented to the investigator and the person being tested in real time and after the tests. Base of indicators of the person being tested is formed. Quantitative results of the tests are used to determine functional reserves of the person being tested. Heart rate and/or respiratory rate sensors are fixed on the person being tested for communication with the training apparatus HSC. When performing tests or exercises, the person being tested and/or the investigator is presented with visual and/or audio information via biological feedback channels and the load on the person being tested is monitored.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and expanded performances of a method for assessing and developing human functional reserves, revealing the potential of a mini-simulator for modern high-tech tasks.
