FIELD: diagnostic tools.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of diagnostics of the technical condition of machines. For this, a device is proposed that includes a case with a processor unit, non-volatile memory, a measuring channel, a power source and a color touch display, at the same time, when switching to the “Monitoring” mode, the menu for selecting the enterprise, installation, unit and unit assembly is formed on the display; when selecting an assembly unit, a screen is formed with the values of diagnostic features and an expert report on the technical condition, as well as with a button to view the archive and a measurement start button, while the device performs the evaluation of the technical condition on the worst diagnostic sign and gives an expert message on the technical condition, and on the basis of the current technical condition of the unit assembly, the state of the unit, plant and plant, including the unit, is determined.
EFFECT: development of a portable mobile device for the implementation of automated monitoring of technological equipment units on the basis of vibration, rotation frequency and temperature in hazardous areas.
