FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines parts damage diagnostics during their continuous operation and can be used for machine units technical state determining and providing their safe, resource saving operation. In disclosed diagnostics method vibration level is measured in machine housing informative points in informative frequency band, fixing vibration emissions, duration of intervals between emissions, plotting duration intervals trends and their relations, comparing obtained values with critical boundaries, and by comparison results judging on state of machine parts. According to invention observing vibration trend change during whole life cycle of machine; selecting vibration emissions in time; plotting duration intervals trends between vibration emissions and their relations; storing machine parts damage stages.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at prevention of machines accidents under conditions of continuous operation.
