METHOD OF DIAGNOSTIC MONITORING OF ROTARY MECHANISMS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01M17/08

Abstract RU 2646207 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of diagnostics of the state of rotor machines and aggregates for the diagnosis of wheeled motor blocks. Method includes measuring the amplitude components of the main vibration signal and the values of the signals of the attendant factors, in which the obtained values are compared with the corresponding critical and estimated levels and the diagnosed mechanisms are considered defective only if the measured amplitude components of the main signal are simultaneously exceeded and the values of the accompanying factors of the corresponding critical and estimated levels, dependence of the values of the vibration parameters on the values of the attendant factors is determined when they change in the form of a polynomial, they enter into the knowledge base, which is previously removed during diagnostic tests of each rotary mechanism. Critical levels of polynomial coefficients for each constructive element, vibration parameter and their combinations in relation to typical warning defects. Moreover, the knowledge base is constructed in the form of a table and by comparing the obtained coefficients - the diagnostic features with the corresponding critical levels - are judged on the technical state of the rotor mechanisms and their elements.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of diagnosis of rotor mechanisms is achieved.
