FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of construction and can be used for arranging hermetic inlets of engineering communications through open end holes in the walls or floors of prefabricated buildings made of sandwich panels. Locking component of the liner for arranging the engineering communication passes through the open end hole in the enclosing structure contains a piece of pipe made in one piece with the supporting flange having a diameter greater than the diameter of the open end hole of the enclosing structure. Lamping ring is installed with the possibility of longitudinal movement on the pipe section. Locking sealing ring is placed between the support flange and the clamping ring. Tightening elements pass through the support flange, the locking sealing ring and the clamping ring with the possibility of tightening the clamping ring with the supporting flange and deformation of the fixing sealing ring located between them in order to tightly fix the liner component in the open end hole of the walling structure. Three options for the design of the sleeve assembly are declared. In the first embodiment, the sleeve contains one fixing component placed in the open end hole of the building envelope, in the second embodiment the sleeve contains two fixing components, and in the third embodiment, the sleeve contains a locking component and a sealing component.
EFFECT: group of inventions will allow to simplify and speed up the installation of the liner, increase the reliability of liner fixation and leak tightness when arranging the penetrations of pipes or cables through the enclosing structures.
