FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and is intended to ensure the pipes or cables entry into the room sealing through the wall, or the floor, or the ceiling. In device each of upper and lower annular metal plates is made of at least two identical parts, and the sealing component consists of equal thickness elastic material annular plates clamped between the upper and lower annular metal plates parts by means of tightening bolts with nuts, and assembled inserts in the form of strips of elastic elastomer with a thickness of not more than 1 mm, fixed on the outer and inner cylindrical surfaces of the annular plates of the elastic material with the possibility of multiple gluing and ungluing with overlapping of the contact surfaces of the annular plates of the elastic material.

EFFECT: reliable sealing due to integrity of overlapping at sealing of the item in the wide range of standard sizes of cables and pipes with provision of the item retention against axial and radial movements.
