FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to watertight seals of inputs of utility lines mainly in areas with high seismicity. Unit of sealing of engineering service inputs for building structures includes a steel communication pipe arranged inside an external tubular shell, which is installed in the corresponding opening in the building structure. Between them in the ends of the shell ends on the communication pipe there installed are waterproofing elements from polymer material. Casing is made of steel pipe grouted in the specified opening of the building structure. Waterproofing elements are made in form of composite membranes from different-thickness circular rows of keys, formed of flat strips of rectangular cross-section from foamed elastic water-proof ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), with possibility of rows of keys successively attached by means of consecutive insertion of their strips at temperature from +5 °C to + 40 °C due the epoxy compound is filled with adhesive furrows made on the front and back sides of the strips. Membranes are laid with reduction of thickness of keys from outer shell to communication pipe and with tangential offset of joints of neighboring strips of keys. Protective disc of non-shrinking repair composition can be installed on the inner side of the sealing assembly. Protective casing can be installed on outer side of sealing assembly. Heat-insulating layer can be arranged between said membranes. Outside the outer tubular shell in the body of the building structure, one additional key can be mounted on one side of the sealing assembly. Outside the outer tubular shell in the body of the building structure, two additional dowels can be mounted on the outer and inner sides of the sealing assembly. Internal end of the sealing assembly does not protrude beyond the inner surface of the structural structure.
EFFECT: increased service life and reliability of waterproofing at seismic action.
