FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemistry of lignocellulose and its modification, namely, to powder nonorganic-lignocellulose hybrids and powder lignocellulosic materials. Invention can be used in production of polymer composites (rubber, plastics), building materials (cements, concrete, polyurethane foam) as fillers or modifiers for polymer compositions for technical purposes. Powder lignocellulosic material, characterized by average geometrical dimensions of the length and width of particles in the ranges of 0.18–0.26 mm and 25.1–34.8 microns, respectively, with the particles fraction of the length of 0.12–0.15 mm from 30.1 % to 61.7 % and the bulk density of from 0.12 to 0.23 g/cm3, obtained from a powder inorganic-lignocellulosic hybrid characterized by average geometric dimensions of the length and the particle widths in the ranges of 0.17–0.25 mm and 29.7–35.6 mcm with the content of titanium atoms from 0.36 to 1.90 mmol/g, by treatment with an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid with simultaneous stirring, maintaining the obtained suspension until the complete dissolution of titanium compounds, followed by filtration, washing with water to neutralize the aqueous extract and drying to an air-dry state.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improving the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of a powder lignocellulosic material based on an inorganic-lignocellulosic hybrid, which provides enhanced functionality and use.
