FIELD: moulding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an antistatic binder for composite materials used for the production of composite reinforced materials: glass, basalt and carbon plastics, by the method of pultrusion, infusion or manual molding based on epoxy vinyl ester resin. Specified binder includes the following components (parts by weight): intercalated graphite 1–15, phosphorus-containing compound (tricresilphosphate and/or triphenylphosphate) 1–10, flame propagation inhibitor (aluminum and/or magnesium hydroxide and/or zinc borate) 10-45, carbon black electrically conductive 1–10, graphite electrically conductive 1–10, mineral fillers (calcium carbonate, and/or kaolin, and/or antimony oxide) 2–20, solidifier 0.6–2, mixture of deaerator and lubricator in an equal ratio of 0.2–1, accelerator 0.1–0.4, epoxy vinyl ester resin 59.45–61.45.

EFFECT: technical result is to obtain reinforced plastics with antistatic properties, low flammability and improved thermal resistance.
