FIELD: valves production.
SUBSTANCE: invention is directed to the creation of a reinforcement bar of a periodic profile without longitudinal ribs, improved performance properties for reinforcing reinforced concrete structures, as well as for use as ground anchors, the fastening elements for formwork and other connecting mechanical and anchor devices. In order to ensure the possibility of two-high rolling without longitudinal ribs, the tips of the transverse protrusions are located along the whole surface of the core in staggered order along the helical line. Tips of adjacent longitudinal rows of transverse protrusions are located in the inclined axial planes of the bar, the adjacent angles of which to the axial planes, which coincide with the axes of rolling of the reinforcement, are from 20° up to 70°. Protrusions may be located on the surface of the rod in order to form a screw thread.
EFFECT: technical result – the reinforcement bar of the periodic profile has a core of circular cross-section and inclined crescent-shaped transverse protrusions, which are arranged in four rows along the surface of the bar.
