FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of large-sized products of power engineering, aircraft and rocket engine construction. Vacuum working chamber of the device is made in the form of a cube with overall dimensions exceeding the overall dimensions of the welded products by 20–40 % for fixing the equipment that fixes the welded parts and the placement of heating elements. In the side walls of the chamber there are hermetic bushings for measuring instruments and vacuum systems. Vacuum pumps with closures and valves are located behind the vacuum chamber. Above the vacuum chamber on the power frame there is an electromechanical drive with a reducer to create welding pressure. Between the reducer and the bellows inlet there is a force measuring device. In accordance with a first embodiment of the heating system for welded articles, the heating elements are in the form of ceramic panels with channels in which the resistance spirals are arranged. Panels are attached to the walls of the chamber on hinges with the possibility of encircling the welded products in the working position. In the second variant, water-cooled current leads are fixed to the bottom at the corners of the chamber, to which are mounted heating elements made in the form of welded products.
EFFECT: device provides uniform heating and the necessary welding force when manufacturing large-sized parts.
