FIELD: welding works.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to obtaining permanent joints between components made from heat-resistant alloys and other steels and alloys, and can be used in aerospace industry when making, mainly, turbine rotors of gas-turbine engines, as well as in the gas industry. The welding chamber has apparatus for creating vacuum and pressurisation. In the working vacuum chamber, there is apparatus for holding welded parts and moving them into the welding position in form of four dismountable work benches, resting on a face-plate with provision for their vertical movement using coupling rods. The working vacuum chamber has an opening, on the outside of which is attached a loading chamber, welding chamber and a chamber for unloading the welded objects, sitting on the work benches. The mechanism for rotating the face-plate and the mechanism for vertical movement of coupling rods of work benches are made with possibility of successive alignment of the work benches with the openings in the working vacuum chamber. The apparatus has a system for controlling the welding process.
EFFECT: provision for a continuous cycle of making welded objects, accurate regulation of the welding pressure so as minimise plastic deformation of objects with provision for strength properties of joining with elimination of changes in the structure of the welded materials.
