SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. In the method, the system for non-invasive cosmetic treatment of human skin and/or superficial musculoaponeurotic system of the face, and/or acne, and/or adipose tissue contains a replaceable transducer module, treatment transducer and moving mechanism. Said replaceable transducer module comprises a housing. Said housing contains an acoustically transparent element and a fluid connecting medium, acoustically connected with the acoustically transparent element. Above processing transducer is designed for ultrasonic treatment of skin. Said transducer module is made with the possibility of interchangeable connection with a handheld probe and with the possibility of ultrasonic treatment of a layer of tissue at a certain depth of tissue. Said moving mechanism is arranged to move the treatment transducer for ultrasonic treatment in the form of a sequence of individual heat exposure areas under the skin surface. This system can be used to treat wrinkles, sagging skin, blackheads, and adipose tissue. This method for cosmetic skin treatment is performed by means of a system for cosmetic treatment. At the same time the transducer module is connected with the handheld probe. Further, the ultrasonic probe is located on the skin surface for cosmetic treatment and the moving mechanism is actuated for moving the treatment transducer for ultrasonic treatment as a sequence of heat-affected areas under the skin surface. Also, using ultrasound, the first target area at the first depth below the skin surface is visualized using an imaging element. Then, the image is displayed on the display. And the first target area is treated with ultrasound at the first depth below the skin surface using the transducer module by treating a sequence of individual heat exposure areas passing through the first target area and selected by the moving mechanism. After that, the transducer module is replaced with the second transducer module. And the second target area is treated with ultrasound at a second depth under the skin surface using the second transducer module by treating the second sequence of individual heat exposure areas passing through the second target area and selected by the moving mechanism.

EFFECT: system and method for cosmetic treatment and imaging is provided.
