SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the car 10 spoiler mechanism 13 and the spoiler mechanism deployment method. Mechanism includes spoiler 16, which can take a folded position and the first and second extended positions. Mechanism also includes actuator 22, which is configured to move the spoiler 16 to the folded position, to the first extended position and to the second extended position in response to the control signal. There is also connected by hinges and connected to spoiler 16 multi-link assembly 20. In the first extended position, the hinges at least three axes are located in one plane, providing the first geometrically fixed position. In the second extended position, a second geometrically fixed position is provided, in which the multi-link assembly 20 link is adjacent to another structural element.
EFFECT: enabling the aerodynamic drag reduction during movement.
