FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a headrest assembly for a vehicle seat, in particular to an adjustable headrest assembly having a flexible closure member configured to hide components of the headrest assembly when adjusting the headrest assembly. Flexible covering element of vehicle headrest comprises rigid support carcass and plate element. Rigid support frame has upward spaced apart side elements. Plate element is connected to the lower part of the frame by means of a flexible joint and functions between the extended and retracted positions. At the same time the ends of the plate element are connected to the side elements by means of the first and the second flexible connectors, which extend from the joint to the distal ends by the side elements of the support frame.
EFFECT: easier use.
