SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a sun visor assembly and headliner attachment assemblies. Sun visor assembly includes a visor having a first attachment a second attachment. First attachment includes a first magnet. Second attachment is arranged on a vehicle headliner and includes a pair of spaced supports and a pin maintained therein. Pin includes a second magnet and is rotatable with respect to the supports. First attachment is configured to selectively attach to the second attachment via the first and second magnets. Pin is rotatable in an attached state to adjust an angle of the visor.

EFFECT: possibility to adjust a position of the sun visor is provided.
