FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device and a method for drying and milling wet inert raw materials. Installation includes a drying device, an air flow miller, a dust filtering device at the outlet of the miller, a pulsed source of hot gas located at the inlet of the drying device, one suction device at the outlet of the miller filled with hot air moisture, a device for moving hot gas and a filtering device. Drying device, made separate from the miller, is located at its outlet and comprises a chamber for feeding bulk material to be dried therein. Method comprises least one step of drying the material with hot gas, a step of milling the dried material and a step of filtering the dried milled material. Method includes one step for suction and release of gas, which is performed only after the filtering step. Hot gas circulates in one circuit, starting from the drying step, passing through the milling and filtering step.
EFFECT: installation and method provide a predetermined degree of milling while maintaining given humidity.
