SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular, to an anti-GD2 antibody or its antigen-binding fragment for specific binding to GD2, the structure of which is characterised by a feature that increases affinity for GD2, a process for its preparation and a composition comprising same, as well as to a bispecific antibody for specific binding of GD2 and a second antigen represented by CD3 or DOTA. Also disclosed is an isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding said antibody or its fragment, as well as a cell and a vector comprising said nucleic acid molecule.
EFFECT: invention enables to effectively treat or prevents cancer characterised by the expression of GD2 in a subject.
