FIELD: rescue equipment.
SUBSTANCE: rotary-driven platform for the boom and the base of the rest for it in the transport position are mounted on slides with a drive of their longitudinal movement along the axis of the vehicle, and both drives are connected to one control means for passing the complicated turns. On each side of the base on the vertical axes the telescopic manipulators are mounted to perform of function of remote support by each of them. The descending means is made in the form of an elevator cab with a cable retention mechanism on the roof, provided with guides and actuators to move the cable attachment point on the horizontal coordinates and a unit of their control, connected with load cells mounted in the corners of the cab roof. On the rear wall of the cab the guide elements are mounted to contact with the transport sections. At the site besides placement of the autonomous flame retardant means, with folding seats are equipped with elastic sleeves for descending, and also the horizontal telescopic sections are mounted, for the aggrieved persons can go to the place of descent by themselves or with the help of the rope drive and the wheel chairs stacked in the store. At that the side and the sections of the transition are equipped with folding fences with mesh.
EFFECT: this scheme of the device enables to accelerate the arrival and evacuation of the aggrieved persons from the fire seat remote from the roadway to the site and their descending to the ground using flexible hoses.
