SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used in the manufacture of products by hot stamping. In the first stage, the steel plate is heated to obtain the austenite structure. Then, the first cooling process is carried out at different rates for the plate parts. In the first region of the steel plate, a martensite structure is obtained. In the second area the structure of austenite is left. Plate is heated again. In this case, in accordance with the first option, a tempering martensite structure is obtained in the first region, and the second region is left austenitic, then the plate is cooled to obtain tempering in the first region of the martensite structure, and martensite in the second. In accordance with the second option, in the second heating process, a tempering martensite structure is obtained in the first plate region, and a ferrite, perlite or bainite structure in the second. Subsequent cooling is carried out with obtaining of the martensite tempering in the first region, and single-phase or multiphase structure in the second one. First and/or second cooling process is carried out during the stamping process.
EFFECT: possibility of obtaining a stamped part with different characteristics.
