SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a vehicle lighting device. In the method, the vehicle notification apparatus contains a photoluminescent portion and a light source. Said photoluminescent portion is located on the front of the vehicle near the windshield. Said light source is located separately from the photoluminescent portion and is located close to the forward pillar of the vehicle. Said light source is configured to emit a first-wavelength light directed towards the photoluminescent portion. Said photoluminescent portion is configured to convert the first wavelength to a second wavelength that is longer than the first wavelength to illuminate the surface of the forward pillar of the vehicle.
EFFECT: improved quality of outdoor and work lighting is achieved.
