FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a measuring technique and is used in sensors for atmospheric air humidity. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the flexible dielectric film is cleaned with emery paper to obtain a uniform matte condition. Cut a flexible dielectric film into separate elements, a separate element is fixed with a smooth surface on the horizontal surface of the thermal bench and at the thermal bench temperature (65±5) °C is applied to the cleaned surface of the element with a dispenser of 0.125 ml of 10 % gelatin solution with the addition of 0.016 g/ml of lithium chloride. Dry the element at a temperature of (65±5) °C the applied solution to complete drying of the solution for 20–30 minutes. On the dried surface of the element at a temperature of 65±5 °C a dispenser, a lithium chloride solution of 40 g/l is applied in a dose depending on the range of the measured humidity. Dry the element on the surface of a horizontal table at a temperature of (65±5) °C until the solution is completely dry for 20–30 minutes. Apply to the dried surface of the element 0.2 ml of potassium dichromate solution 1.5 g/l, dry the element on the surface of the horizontal table at a temperature (65±5) °C 40–50 min. Bark element by keeping in a tank with silica gel, dried in air at a temperature (120±5) °C for 48–72 h at room temperature.
EFFECT: improving the reliability, durability and sensitivity of the moisture-sensitive element.
