SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture and can be used in the hops initial post-harvest processing, in particular, during the hop cones drying and sulfitization. System contains interconnected by the piping system a vacuum system with a nozzle, hop cones processing airtight chamber with its loading and unloading devices, a sublimator 18, receiving 1, transporting 2 and drying 4 devices, combined with hop heaps loading 6 and sulfitization 7 devices into the single process system. At that, the receiving 1 device is configured to supply the hop heaps to the transporting 2 device, moving the hop heaps through the drying 4 device to its loading 6 device.

EFFECT: system allows to reduce the preparatory operations energy intensity, to increase the final product quality.
