FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the transportation of spacecraft (SC), the head parts of intercontinental ballistic missiles (HP IBM), radiation hazardous, fire hazardous, explosive and requiring increased care in handling cargo for transport devices. Device comprises container body (1) and sealed capsule (2) with a load fixed in it. Between sealed capsule (2) and container body (1) there is a liquid having the same density as the capsule with a fixed load in it. Sealed capsule with trailed devices is connected to the container body with the help of tension cables, which are tightened with retractors.
EFFECT: invention provides shock loading and unbalance of a sealed capsule with a load.
