SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pointing devices. Collapsible body of the device consists of hollow horizontal shelves for user's fingers fastened with each other and a vertical ridge clamped between these fingers, carrying four horizontal protrusions on itself – two front and two rear protrusions, covering the front and rear fingers of the user's hand, with the help of which the user moves the body relative to the supporting surface, a composite chipset combines from one to four modules, which are unified components of the chipset and are located in the horizontal shelves of the mouse body with the possibility of extracting and installing them back.

EFFECT: technical result consists in producing a "mouse" collapsible pointing device, simplifying design thereof, providing the possibility of changing the functionality of the pointing device, increasing the reliability of using the pointing device and ensuring the possibility of easy and quick repair of the pointing device.
