SUBSTANCE: device comprises a housing with control elements installed thereon, a chipset, a "mouse" movement tracking unit and a wired or wireless interface, wherein the user's finger grooves can be provided in/on its housing, and/or a vertical comb is placed between the user's fingers, and/or devices are installed to attach the housing to the user's fingers, and magnets which are placed in/on these grooves and/or devices of controls "mouse", with the help of which the user can move "mouse" relative to the supporting surface and cooperates with the computer, to which the "mouse" is connected. The chipset is made in the form of one integrated scheme, the housing of which is simultaneously the housing of the whole "mouse" and encompasses all its internal components, and its housing, a microcontroller and/or a movement tracking unit and wire interface are designed to be able to select the one suitable "mouse" section for reliable operation on the supporting surface by switching the optical sensor.
EFFECT: increase the compactness, easeness and functionality of the device.
