FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering and can be used in the construction of capacitive recuperative heat exchangers of the surface type – mainly water-water heaters in heating and hot water supply systems. Heat exchanger contains a casing with inlet and outlet pipes of the heated circuit, a tubular system in the form of a coil with inlet and outlet pipes of the heating circuit connected to the casing, and a percussion assembly. Coil is made in the form of a cone, located vertically in the center of the hinge supports fixed rigidly on the casing. Impact node is installed after the outlet of the heating circuit and is connected to the electric drive.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the heat transfer coefficient in the heat exchanger between the heating and heated media, reduce the metal structure, simplify the design and improve the self-cleaning effect of the heat transfer surface.
