FIELD: heat exchangers.

SUBSTANCE: removable heating element of heat exchangers consists of external 1 and submerged 7 cases, made in the form of hollow closed hemispheres. The inner volume of external case 1 is connected to inlet pipe 2 for the heating heat carrier and inlet ends 3 of the bundles of pipe coils with spirals 4 forming the walls of longitudinal channels having gaps 5 between the pipes of adjacent spirals. Output ends 6 of the bundles of pipe coils are connected to the inner volume of submerged case 7, from the central part of which pipe 8 exits, which passes inside the pipe coils and, through external case 1, goes to the surface of the removable element, forming outlet pipe 9 of the heating heat carrier. To install and attach a removable heating element to the heat exchanger case, flange 10 is located on the external case 1 along its outer diameter.

EFFECT: simplified maintenance and repair of heat exchange devices.
