FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger containing an external tube and an internal tube with connection flanges and branch pipes for supply and discharge of heating (cooling) medium is made of tubes built into each other with a horizontal U-connection with taps; the internal tube of the heat exchanger is rigidly fixed on one side on flanges of the external tube, and the other end of the internal tube is connected through a tap and installed on supports welded to the external tube, and in order to provide free movement of the internal tube due to temperature expansions; sleeves of the support are made with a gap from material with low friction coefficient.

EFFECT: excluding heat carrier losses; providing possibility of using various types of cooling and heating liquids; increasing heat transfer coefficient of a heat exchanger.
