FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the metallurgy. Cast wire workpieces melting from nickel based high-temperature alloys tooling preparation includes the pipes with defects on the inner surface selection, their heat treatment in the bell furnace using the vertical support device with the gas-permeable gasket and the pipes inner surface mechanical cleaning. Heat treatment includes the pipe tooling preliminary blowing with nitrogen, annealing in the medium of hydrogen at a temperature of 700÷850 °C and holding for 1.5÷2.5 h, secondary blowing with nitrogen followed by the natural cooling under the muffle to the temperature of 100÷150 °C.
EFFECT: proposed group of inventions allows to increase produced in pipe tooling cast wire workpieces quality, as well as increases their yield by reducing the amount of waste during the rods processing.
