FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for individual quenching of equipment components in the form of gears, pinions, bearing rings. Device comprises a vacuum furnace with quenching chamber (1), which has tightly sealed hatches for loading and unloading workpiece (14). Removable table (4) located inside to accommodate component (14) to be treated, surrounded by a set of removable nozzles (5). Tank (6) for supplying cooling medium to nozzles (5), mounted on the inlet of quenching chamber (1), connected to the inlet of tank (7) for collecting the cooling medium from quenching chamber (1). Compressor (15), installed between said tanks (6, 7) to facilitate flow of cooling medium in a closed loop. Controller (10) is located between the outlet of tank (6) for feeding the cooling medium to nozzles (5) and the inlet of quenching chamber (1) to control the flow rate of the cooling medium. Controller (11) is located between the outlet of quenching chamber (1) and inlet of the tank (7) for collecting the cooling medium from quenching chamber (1) to control the flow rate of the incoming cooling medium. Removable table (4) and nozzles (5) are made with parameters that enable treatment of the arranged components.
EFFECT: technical result consists in minimising deformation and ensuring uniformity thereof.
