Electromagnetic device for determining the magnetic susceptibility of the samples contains pole pieces in the form of hemispheres to create a gradient magnetic field, a mobile sensor for measuring the intensity or induction of the field in the interpolar region, scales for measuring the ponderomotive force acting on the studied sample, while the device is equipped with an optical-mechanical positioning system of the measuring sensor and the sample in the interpolar region, at the same time, electronic scales on piezoelectric elements are used as the indicated weights for measuring the ponderomotive force in order to prevent the sample from moving during this force.

EFFECT: improving the accuracy of measurement of sample positioning.
