FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sensor module for a modular plug connector, this sensor module (1) consists of core segment (2) and at least two external segments arranged around it (3, 3', 3", 3""), these segments (2, 3, 3', 3", 3"") in the assembled state form a cavity with each other. In this cavity, conductive paths (4) are applied by means of MID technology, all conductive tracks (4) in the connected state together form the shape of toroidal coil (7). Toroidal coil can, according to the Rogowski principle, measure in the sensor circuit the flow of current of the contact element, which is also integrated into the sensor module.
EFFECT: technical result in the implementation of the claimed solution is to create a sensor element for a modular plug connector with high accuracy and efficiency.
