FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the icebreaker turbo-generator propulsion electrical installation steam turbine with two or more steam inlets control valves regulating method and device. Moving the control valves in such a way that the steam flow rates through all control valves in total provide the turbine power mode, and each individual valve is controlled using its control mechanisms, preliminary counting the each valve control mechanism operating time in the total turbine operating time, and after the predetermined operating time reaching, each of the turbine control valves controlling mechanisms is successively included into operation. Steam flow to the turbine dynamic changes are produced by acting on the minimum possible number of control mechanisms for regulating valves of their total number on the turbine, keeping the rest of the control mechanisms in the stationary state at controlled by them control valves different positions. Also described is the method implementation device, namely, the steam turbine control and steam distribution electro-hydraulic system, in which between the turbine speed controller output and the adders inputs, according to the method the programmable signal limiters are introduced, which control inputs are connected to the turbine motor service hours counter.

EFFECT: technical result of the inventions is increase in the icebreaker turbo-generator electric propulsion unit steam turbine control valves control mechanisms reliability and service life.
