FIELD: forestry.
SUBSTANCE: to stimulate the growth of pine, spruce and larch seeds, soak the seeds in an aqueous solution of the extract for 24 hours at a temperature of 21±2 °C. For soaking, extract of needles and shoots of Juniperus communis obtained by supercritical fluid extraction with natural carbon dioxide, containing the sum of biologically active substances (terpenoids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, retinol, flavonoids) are used. Seeds are kept in an aqueous solution of the extract of the needles and shoots of Juniperus communis, with an extract concentration of 14–16 mcl per liter of water, the extract consumption is 28–32 mcl per 1 kg of seeds.
