SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fastening of developing of coal metal mines, in particular, to a method for extracting and restoring a mechanical single support with constant resistance. Fixation of the mechanical single support, insertion of a metal drill rod into the central hinge of the base and removal of a wedge-shaped mobile unit from it. Detaching the mechanical single support from the base to be removed so that the support body can slide out of the base. Removing the upper plate, rod body of the cylindrical body and metal separator ball bearing. Determination of the degree of wear and disposal of the upper plate and base, determination of the degree of wear and disposal of the rod and cylindrical bodies. Assembling the reusable bar case and the cylindrical body, fixing a new ball bearing separator on the bar body, inserting the bar body into the cylindrical body, tight separator clamping and self-locking of sliding surfaces, adjustment of the height of the mechanical single support with constant resistance, tightening of the bolts on the limit cover, i.e. reassembly of the mechanical single support with constant resistance.

EFFECT: technical result consists in creating a method for quickly and efficiently retrieving and reusing parts of a mechanical single support with constant resistance.
