FIELD: detonation synthesis.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to a structure for connecting two pipes for detonation synthesis, a device for detonation synthesis, the use of a structure for connecting two pipes for detonation synthesis, the use of a detonation synthesis device, a high-pressure phase material, a high-strength composite pipe, a high-strength pressure vessel, a method for preparing a high-strength composite pipe. The design of connection of two pipes for detonation synthesis contains a drive pipe, a feed pipe, a fastening component and an end cap installed in the port of the feed pipe. The drive pipe surrounds the feed pipe from the outside, and there are cavities between the drive pipe and the feed pipe and between the drive pipe and the end caps. A fixing component is installed at both ends of the driving pipe and the feed pipe. After detonation, the detonation wave propagates from top to bottom. Under the impact of the detonation wave, the drive tube performs a downward sliding downward movement towards the feed tube and covers the feed tube upper end cap, the feed tube and the feed tube bottom end cap from the outside. The detonation synthesis device contains a structure for connecting two pipes for detonation synthesis.
EFFECT: device can effectively convert graphite raw materials into high purity polycrystalline diamond with a diamond yield of more than 90%, and can fully recover the resulting high purity polycrystalline diamond with a recovery rate of 100%, which is conducive to industrial scale production.
